Our commitment

Loan Factory Commercial wants every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology, to be able to learn about financing options and submit an inquiry. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Measures we have taken

• A "Skip to main content" link and a visible focus indicator for keyboard users.
• Labeled form fields, with validation messages announced to screen readers.
• Screen-reader announcements as you move through Loan Finder steps and when results appear.
• Text descriptions for informative images and a consistent heading structure.
• Color contrast improvements and support for browser zoom and mobile screens.
• Regular review with free testing tools such as axe-core and Lighthouse, plus manual keyboard checks.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas may not yet be fully accessible, including content provided by third parties such as embedded review badges and downloadable documents. Automated testing cannot find every issue, so this statement is not a claim of full WCAG conformance or legal certification.
