Information we collect

When you submit a financing inquiry or worksheet, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, property information, and financing needs — so we can review your request and respond to you. We also collect limited website measurement data, such as which pages are visited and when an inquiry form is successfully submitted.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure website visits and completed financing inquiries and to improve the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel reports page views and inquiry submissions together with technical information such as your browser and device type.

We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, credit information, loan amounts, income, property addresses, application answers, or any other details you enter in our forms. Automatic advanced matching and automatic data collection are disabled.

When advertising measurement is permitted, we retain campaign tags and Facebook click identifiers from your landing-page address in this tab’s session storage. This preserves campaign attribution as you navigate our website and is included with your inquiry in HubSpot, our CRM. It does not send your form answers to Meta. Declining or withdrawing through Cookie settings clears this saved campaign information and stops its use in future inquiries. Closing the tab ends the session; withdrawing does not remove information already included with a submitted inquiry. Contact us about information previously submitted.

Your choices

In regions where consent is required, advertising measurement runs only after you accept it, and you can decline instead — the choice is yours and both options are equal. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent stops advertising measurement immediately; it does not affect measurement that already occurred while consent was in place.

How we use and share information

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your financing request and may be shared with financing providers for that review. We do not sell your personal information.
